Magnus Sublett is the Founder and CEO. Magnus has been the President and co-owner of RE/MAX in Southeastern Michigan, a sub-franchisor of RE/MAX international. He developed RE/MAX from 400 to over 1,200 independent contract Realtors in southeastern Michigan, resulting in sales volume of nearly $4 Billion in 2006 and aggregate network commissions in excess of $100 million for representatives in his region. Financial Affiliates benefits from Magnus' 16 years with RE/MAX managing all aspects of the RE/MAX brand, licensing, advertising, and his experience recruiting and supporting independent sales contractors in southeastern Michigan. Magnus is responsible for all aspects of Financial Affiliates. |

Manuel Franco is our Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for managing operations, customer service, risk management, compliance and product integration. A MBA graduate from the University of Michigan, Manuel’s 20 plus years of experience spans the banking, investments, and insurance industries. Before joining the Financial Affiliates team, Manuel was a Vice President at JP Morgan Chase. |

H. Joseph Middendorf, CPA is our Controller. A MBA graduate from the University of Tampa and a CPA, Joe has extensive experience in the corporate financial world. Joe establishes financial objectives and policies for the company in partnership with the Executive Management team and Board of Directors and provides oversight over budgeting and forecasting. Prior to joining the Financial Affiliates team, Joe held the position of Controller for Meadow Burke Products, a $113 million manufacturing Division of MMI Products. |
